Tiffany is an Entrepreneur and is the CEO of a few companies like DO THE DAMN THING, DTDT Productions & DTDT Studio, The STORY AGENCY, THE HOUSE OF STORY  TechTeam Connect. 

Tiffany is considered one of the leading minds AND SUBJECT MATER EXPERTS  ON STORY, company culture, marketing, lead acquisition, and sales. Her vast understanding of ground-level human behavior, buying patterns, and needed marketing cycles makes her a cutting-edge knowledge source on scaling using emotional data, written data, and cultural nuances. Her specialty is in service-based businesses, large sales forces, B to C ( via B 2 B ) with CEO Brand Development and technology.

Early in her career, she spent a decade in tech with business partners like Xerox Corporation, HP ( Hewlett Packer ), and Franco Postalia ( FP). There she bought out some of her competitors and then eventually sold her own company. In 2014 she sold her companies and made a decision to start teaching.

Over the last decade, Tiffany’s work has reached millions of humans around the world through social media, live on stages, and through her events. In recent years she moved her headquarters from Burbank CA to Phoenix AZ  and has a local team mostly based out of Phoenix  Arizona in the US with plans in 2024 outside of the US.

She sits on the board for the  University of California, Santa Barbara PaCE, and spends a lot of time with non-profits just giving.

The Kitchen Table Story… 

She grew up in Miami Florida with two immigrant parents that are from Jamaica WI. Her parent immigrated in 1976, started in the Northeast, and found their way down south. Tiffany is the only family member to be born in Miami. Entrepreneurship started early. She sold candy out of her backpack daily in the 5th grade. Making hundreds of dollars every week is great money for a 10-year-old.

She got married but found herself putting her kids to bed hungry often – her husband then was abusive and she was often alone left to figure it all out. Wanting to die every day she started selling her way out of her situation. She found relationships with other companies products and sold them.

She knocked on 45 doors every day in the hot Miami sun 4 days a week at least until she found the 2 leads that she needed to get the first sale. Despite hating life, she was desperately in love with her two little girls

Over the last 2 decades, she has bought and sold multiple businesses and now has built a worldwide BRAND and movement best reflected in DO THE DAMN THING NATION and or what is called DTDT.

Business is her all-time absolute favorite sport.
